Once we take control of your keys, they are integrated into our state of the art key management system.
Upon an alarm activation, our fully trained and insured Patrol & Response team would attend your premises to investigate, and resolve the alarm activation incident.
Once the activation is dealt with to completion, the alarm would be re-set and the premises left locked and secure.
A full report of the incident would then be sent to a nominated person within your business for your records.
As well as holding keys for alarm activations, we also offer routine building locks and unlocks. We can attend your business to ensure the building is fully locked and secure after the last staff member leaves for the day.
We can also open up your business and await the arrival of the first members of staff the following day.
In addition to this, we can also attend your business to offer support to lone workers as they carry out locks/unlocks or we can carry out regular out of hours welfare visits to lone workers in any industry to ensure their compliance and safety at all times.
